We all know LITE, AYV, KISS, TTH, OND..They target women and get them..but who does the nest job of getting the men???

Stations - ZXL, MGM, JSE, ESPN, KOOL, CAT...any I forgot ?
 
Actually, WOND is ranked #2 for Men 18+ behind #1 WMGM. WOND is in a 3 way tie for #2 with WTTH and WZXL.
 
And WPUR is tie for #3 Women 18+, but 5th for Men in the same demo. Those figures are Spring '08 AQH Share.
 
TOP STATIONS OVER THE PAST YEAR WITH ADULT MEN AND WOMEN--IN ORDER:

MEN: WZXL, WAYV, WMGM, WTTH, WZBZ

WOMEN: WAYV, WFPG, WSJO, WZBZ, WPUR
 
I'm sorry, I thought we were talking about Arbitron Rated stations, not Birch or Hooper. And what is "the past year"? 2 book average? 3 book? What Demo are you quoting? What Geo area? Cape May? Atlantic? Cumberland? Metro? TSA? The claims made are extremely vague.

The original post querried about stations located in the Cape-Atlantic Counties, and was left open to "Men" & "Women". No young teens. The rankings I quoted are Spring 08 Arbitron Atlantic - Cape May Metro Men 18+. And accurate. And clearly stated.

If you meant men 18-34, Men 12-49 or whatever, please state it so we can give it credibility. In those narrow demos, all stations rankings will shift. Otherwise, it's just an empty "We're #1" claim that advertisers and listeners have discounted as meaningless.

For example, in Cape May County, those Men 18+ figures shift to WZXL, WCZT, WMGM & WPUR #2, and WCMC & WXKW tieing for 5th place in that same demo (ties in alphabetical order). Quite a difference.
