Last week I turned WPRO and heard Yorke screaming like a banshee. I couldn't turn off the radio because I was in total shock. He was imitating Lincoln Almond's voice and talking about Save our State and then pretending to respond saying , "Myr Laffey can save you!" . But it was like they had let this insane person loose on the radio. It was really uncomfortable. I kept thinking about the poor producer that was probably hiding their head in shame. It was even worse than when Arlene tries to do different voices.
 
I don't know about the voices but the screaming is a tactic of his and so obviously fake as he's calm and composed 10 seconds later so I don't think any blood vessels are popping.Apparently his version of theater of the mind.
 
Dan Yorke was trying to suggest. That the organization opposed to having a casino
in RI. Update their website. And get a more vocal spokesperson to spread the word.
Because the person who was hired (Fmr. Gov. Lincoln Almond) while a man of integrity.
Is just not vocal enough. And apparently Cranston Mayor Laffey is.He had the theme
to Superman playing in the background. And he also said that the organization
opposed to the casino. Should be knocking on every media outlet & get the word
out loud & clear. And not be picky. On where to go. And who gets to speak to Almond.
Like Laffey or not. You gotta admit. He is vocal!
 
yeah i forgot about the superman theme cause the screaming was distracting me. but to me, tuning in and coming in the middle of that just made him seem so insane.
