"Rating" KKXT

Good News, Bad News for KKXT in the holiday book:

The cume went up (~102K?), but the rating went down (.2 from .3 in "December").

KKXT has been doing "social networking" marketing via Facebook and Twitter. Being a public station, ratings are not important (donations are), but what standard will we use to consider the station a success?

Not bad for a public radio station that just came on the air in November with no advertising and playing music that many would consider obscure. When I look at the numbers for similar stations like WXPN that have been around for years, KXT's start isn't bad.
