Ratings for WQAM 560 and The Ticket 790

Man have the two sports talk stations in Miami gone in the toilet. Programs such as The Sports Brothers on during midday and Jonathan Zaslow at night at 790 The Ticket and WQAM's Gino Torretta Show and The Michael Irvin Show are driving people away by the masses. The shows are awful and both stations which used to rate from # 18-#22 overall are at their lowest by far in the #30-#32 range. I didn't know there were a combined 32 stations in the South Florida market? I know major sports like football and baseball are having a tough time but the Miami Heat should be a hot topic. Why have both of these stations sunk so low and are there any changes on the horizon anyone has heard about?

WQAM sucks. The Ticket is a little better. Their hosts get calls and actually leave on interesting callers. WQAM seems to hang up on callers as fast as they can.

The best sports talk is on SiriusXM on Hardcore Sports. I can't go back to regular radio.

Actually, 640 Sports is doing a nice job and slowly gaining traction...It's great to hear Hank back on the air...QAM middays are unlistenable and unless you like Sid Rosenberg repeating over and over again how great he is there is nothing on that station to listen to...Stu Gotz on 790 with his fake laugh is not much better.
