I see that WHLW and WBAM both slipped a few points but WBAM is actually #6, not 7 last time. Hot is #1

What's surprising is that everyones favorite station, Wetumpka's 1250 WAPZ jumped about 1/2 point and beat out 740, 1440 and WACV.

What do you think made WAPZ jump and beat those 3?
 
WAPZ-AM 1250 is running Al Sharpton's afternoon talk show, and their morning talk host spent most of the past year under scrutiny by the authorities...perhaps people tuned in to see what was going on.

WNZZ-AM 950 looked good with the adult standards format this time, as well. The news/talk/sports stations all came out the same on the AQH 12+ ratings. Being in the Dakotas, you might not be privy to the hour-by-hour demos that are good or bad news for the stations you mentioned.

As I told you on the phone the other night, MBird, WACV has a great opportunity to spin the bejeezuz out of those 12+ figures: start calling itself "Montgomery's #1 Mainstream Talk Station" ;D

I'm still disappointed WBAM didn't overtake 92. Maybe next book.

Seriously, there's no real need to spin. The Monday through Friday hour-by-hour demographics were great, and significant gains were posted...
