Ratings problem in Lafayette

Radio Online is reporting that Arbitron is recalling the Spring report because KJCB 770 mysteriously showed up: http://news.****************/cgi-bin/rol.exe/headline_id=b13050

As discussed back in March, KJCB was off the air due to being forced to vacate their transmitter site. Note this letter to the "Gentlebeings" at the FCC Media Bureau, requesting permission to utilize a long wire antenna temporarily so they could return to the air:

The STA request was approved July 22nd.
