ratings ratings ratings!

A few obs:

So when does Bonneville put something else on 97.3?
How much lower can 96.5 go?
Muy Bien 1320! - actually tied 96.5, one margarita for you! ;D
How much lower can 96.5 go?
WGRR actually does play a decent mix these days - no surprise at the ratings.
The 4 way country battle - Here is the B........................................................and here are the other 3!
How much lower can 96.5 go?
Put smooth jazz on either 97.3 or 96.5 and their ratings instantly double.
Where did WIZ listeners go? - probably Sirius!
Oh, and one last ob...How much lower can 96.5 go?

97.3 won't flip until they move and increase it's power to 25kw. I would welcome a change to LoveFM like Bonneville has in Chicago.

96.5 is a waste of a good frequency and its clear that their poor lineup of syndicated shows is not working. How about an 80's Classic Rocker that's harder than 103.5 or the Fox. Even AAA might do well.

WIZF is surprising maybe KISSFM is hurting them or Q102 since they are sounding more urban lately.

Tripple A would be nice to have in Cincy, but I don't think Cincy has the demo's to support it. Cincy isn't the hippy, left leaning, herb smoking city or metro, like Denver - Boulder is, that has one of the best Tripple A stations I have ever heard, 97.3 KBCO. KBCO is a Clear Channel Station, but is more or less it's own thing, they are live and local from the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder and not out of the the mothership building (as Denver radio people call it) in a surburban office park.

I like listening to KFOG online which is great. I would love to have a station like it here in Cincinnati. FM Radio is so boring and it's a shame that it has nothing to offer anymore. Heck, put 1160 on one of the bottom feeding FM's in town.

100.3 is hurting WIZF.

Q102 is hanging with and/or beating Kiss107 don't dare say FM. With the death of Mix, could the death of Kiss soon follow?(Probably not but it seems to be on a downward trend over the past year and there is one constant between the two stations). 96.5 had alot of hype though I think both 96.5 & 97.3 have branding and identity problems. My wife still thinks 96.5 plays country and rarely goes to 97.3 for country.

Has spiking in current R&B hurt WMOJ? I knew they would mess with the MOJO winning formula after the ownership change, at least they didn't go full blown Urban AC (yet). Maybe this has taken away some audience from WIZF as well. Or maybe this is simply a case of diary placement. Trends aren't weighted.

MOJO will be fine in the book---it's an ethnic weighting thing-- Go WGRR!!

Let's talk about WDJO...they are topping out in the low 1's, which was expected by a lot of people. Not much else to say.
