Ratings tumbles over relatively short periods of time?

96.5 The Buzz in Kansas City is one example. By the end of 2016 it had a 7.2 and was in 4th place overall. Today? They're in 20th place at a 2.2 market share. Any other examples and insight as to how this happens?
