Hey, didn't ratings just come out? Must not have been anything newsworthy in them.

I am real curious about the mornings in LA and the IE. Sure would be nice to know who's movin.

What was noteworthy is that despite a $5 million dollar ad push, a very large, one would assume latex, posterior plastered everywhere was unable to make any upward movement. Whodathunk.

Well anyway David E must be happy. By the way, why is KSCA still called La Nueva , it's been around long enough. Shouldn't it now be called La Vieja 101.9?

Mabye because he still play current Regional stuff? :D

I mean, if he played oldies, that would be another thing. ;D

Which 5 million ad push are we talking about?

One involving Bob's Big Boy or one involving a Harpist Player's chick?

From AllAccess:

CFO Patrick Walsh tells today's Deutsche Bank media conference they're "refocused on rebuilding" in both markets. Walsh points to recent Arbitrends showing L.A. 's "Movin 93.9" added 100,000 to its cume as proof things are improving.

Speaking f ratings in LA, how did Harvey do? How about the rest of the station? I'm talking about KDAY. Last July I posted and was told to wait, give it a few books....OK I stand by what I said last summer.

Let's see, Fall 2005 hovered around a 1.0 no marketing, no morning show, poor signal. Now, hovering around a 1.0...good marketing, great morning show, good signal.

Excuses anyone?

It's because we have too many Black stations.

This is a Latino Market(look at the numbers)

One, mabye two have to flip to something else.
