Arbitron gives away 12+, because it has no sales value. All other data is covered by copyright, and given on ly to agencies and subscribing radio stations.

Seeing a Cumulus Station in the bottom 10 is kinda funny!! And kinda sad, in a way.. I think that means something is REALLY wrong!
