Once again, excuses, excuses and more excuses. Now, you are trying to average a 3 month tabulation which isn’t even part of PPM reporting!
Strange, that is how BIA reports every station in every PPM market.
KOOL is a jukebox that any monkey could program.
It has been posted that it is number two in 25-54 in the last monthly book. Since I no longer have access to the monthly books, I can't confirm this... but whether it is 4th in an average (even Xtrends gives a 3-month rolling average) or second in the last month, that is a mean feat and enviable.
But still, if you are going to take credit for KOOL, which by the way has been consistently successful for many many years and WAY before your arrival,
I'm not Chris, as a simple click-through on the link at the bottom of this post will show. i'm his competitor, in fact. Bit I respect competent program management, and that's what we have here.
KOOL was 16th in 25.54 in the Winter 08 book, showing how low the station was sinking in the sales demos, and why a big change was needed, right in the middle of a recession.
then you must take the blame for the steep decline of KMLE, which was #1 only 1 year ago. Thanks to your brilliance and CBS, KNIX is once again in front of the country wars.
KMLE was 9th, 10th, 1st and 15th in 2008's 4 books... the aberration was the #1 book, of course. In '07 it was 5th, 4th, 10th and 9th. Go on, tell me how consistently the station was #1. Now, KMLE is beating KNIX on the average in 25-54, it seems.
All I can guess is that you were let go from one of the CBS properties...
