Real Radio guy---You are absolutely correct. Of course it'll never happen.

But it's fun to speculate.

What's not fun however are all the lives that have been changed by poor management decisions at all these big companies.

Cumulus York gets picked on alot, and rightfully so. But there's been many bad decisions elsewhere. Some of it is economic. Some of it is not. Hell, their CEO has decided to get involved in the health care crisis, be it for only their company.

Here's hoping those who have been displaced will find new positions soon. Whether it's in radio or not.

And for those who have not been displaced, know this. Your day could be tomorrow. It's budget time baby and no body is looking to add on programming folks. More cuts are likely coming.
