I can't even find the Wolf in the top 33. Where are they and what happened?
Cumulus stations KPLX, KLIF-AM, KLIF-FM are not listed.
Are they a victim of Arbitron's new policy for non-subscribers?

Strong growth for KKXT. A bunch of stations fell off the cliff, so to speak. What's the story on that?

If you're in programming, how do you get a performance bonus if your station quits subscribing to the ratings?

maybe the Arbitron box was left not hooked up for all Cumulus stations, not just KLIF. 
The Houston numbers are messed up as well. Obvious issues with Arbitron.

The issue, as mentioned in the news headline, is that Arbitron is no longer publicly releasing any numbers of nonsubscribers. It used to only withhold public release of such numbers if there was a claim that a station was selling the numbers without buying the book.
WRR has never been known for selling the numbers. So, they had never been embargoed from public view until now. The ex-Citadel stations are still under contract with Arbitron. So, they show, but the Susquehanna-Cumulus stations were not under contract. Another board (Atlanta) has a poster indicating Cumulus either has, or will very shortly have, a new deal with Arbitron.
I have to think the Cumulus situation is a little dicey as nonsubs' data is released to those buying the book. If you have people selling both KSCS and KPLX or WBAP and KLIF, I'd have to think those salespeople with the ex-Citadel stations would have the numbers while those with the Suquehanna-Cumulus stations would not. It seems like it would give one set of the sales staff an unfair advantage as well as give Cumulus the opportunity to sell numbers they're technically not paying for.

Pheww! for a second I thought KEGL had ended it's streak of not being able to crack the Top 20 6+. With this adjustment, I see they are still comfortably stagnant.
I hope their lack of candidness due to the selective witholding of parts of the overall picture of what the market is doing will be enough for people to finally dump them and explore other options for ratings. Arbitron is: #1 Inaccurate. #2 Extremely expensive. #3 Arrogant.

Let's just say, if I were a salesperson or manager at the one of the ex-Citadel properties, I would've done everything I could have to keep the Susquehanna-Cumulus people from getting the numbers. Simply put, I'd want my unfair advantage for as long as I could get it! Nobody on that side of the hall would've had any incentive to share without a direct threat.

I've worked for Cumulus. Granted, not in DFW and not for two separate clusters being combined, but I know how they operate, or how they used to operate, pretty well.
My main points were that no one in sales would have any incentive to work together and that some sales staff with authorized Arbitron numbers and not others puts people in a bad situation. After all, if the sales staff was using numbers that they weren't allowed to use (which I mentioned was a distinct possibility), that's still a big problem! Whatever is actually going on in Victory Park, I even give Cumulus some credit for trying to solve this problem quickly as they've already resolved the Arbitron issue.
