Rawlco (Edmonton) began testing on their Smooth Jazz station at 99.3 FM yesterday - August 16. They are playing a small loop of classical and country music, plus ads for sales staff.

No call letters have been announced. My guess is this station will launch by the Labour Day weekend.

Rawlco (Edmonton) is well into their third week of testing without any sign they'll be launching soon.
