Ray Lucia in buckets of money trouble!

Wow, will Handel say anything with the way he has been schlock this guy repeatedly over and over again. In fact isn't there a another "session" two weeks from now which Handel is plugging?

Maybe if he talked about anal sex like Heidi & Frank he can get any credibility back?

He could probably do that. Back in the 70's he was one half an act that played the bars in San Diego County (as Rocky Lucia) and they had their fair share of raunchy material, although Rocky (who was then a school teacher in his daytime job) usually let his partner deliver the punchlines. They brought in a 3rd member to do an album, which is up for sale on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/ONE-LIVE-US-LP-POST-MAGIC-MUSHROOM-RARE-K-L-/310311475040

Lucia is one the on the right with dark hair.

Sounds like a witch hunt.

I expected to hear it was a Ponzi scheme, or something. The FOX 5 story basically says it's all a dispute over the assumed interest rate (Ray says it's 3%, the SEC demands 4.8% --- yet the SEC's own retirees web site says it's 3%).

No money taken. No fraud. I think a judge will toss this out.

Actually I read the story too and it seemed much ado about nothing.

Scam artist or not, I'm still sick of hearing this guy's name (and Ric "Rice Delman" Edelman) hundreds of times a day on KFI.

I'm just wondering if maybe Rice Delman got a little sick of hearing Ray Lucia, or maybe didn't want him horning in on what he sees as his business. Rice is based out of DC and it kind of makes one wonder if he marshalled some SEC buddies to do a little dust-up....just sayin'.
