Very happy to hear this. I liked Ray and disagree with the earlier comment that he can't do talk.

While some didn't like Ray's style, apparently others felt differently.

It will also be better than the Dennis and Judi repeats that have been running for now. Putting a live show on at that night is a plus because there are those that do listen on the overnight.

I wonder what his good friend Tommy Gorden (G) Thinks about Rays new show as that was his show till they let him go all most 2 years ago..I am sure Ray will do a much better job them Tommy ever did but I will miss Casey..

Can't say I will miss Casey, he was Kermit the Frog annoying, however Bill Doyle also sounds a bit like Kermit. But I think the new team will do so much better as they have in the past. Good luck to Ray, but Tommy G must be pissed off.

I don't know the difference between the new guys yet but you are right one of them sounds like Casey. I don't know why TG would be pissed off? If you are talent in the radio or TV business getting fired is part of the job and has happened and will happen to all of them again. If I am not mistaken Ray GOT Tommy the job.

Ray probably did get Tommy the Job so I retract that comment. I am also sure that Big Joe probably helped Judy get her Job since they both worked together years ago at the oldies station in Long Branch. Don't recall the calls I think it was 107.1 FM was in the gettoish part of town but Big Joe was PD and it had the quality of a major player. That's where the original Polar Bear Plunge got started. I believe the station was sold and went spanish for a while. Don't know the format now.

It was WZVU "Seaview 107" back then, and it is now WWZY "The Breeze".

When Judy was "Jersey Judy". Love listening to her but could never be married to her.
