Raycom & Nexstar local stations sharing Bounce?

In the Jackson, Miss. market, we noticed Antenna has been replaced on Nexstar owned WJTV (CBS affiliate) with Bounce. We checked Raycom owned WLBT 3 (NBC affiliate) to see if it was still running Bounce and it was. A mistake at WJTV or what. WLBT has run Bounce since it first came out. We are puzzled by this.
 
I made a mistake. The other channel is Fox affiliate WDBD (40) owned by America Spirit. Raycom has an agreement to operate the station. My question is still the same. It appears Bounce has replaced Antenna on 40 but is still running on 3. I know CBS affiliate WJTV 12 repeats some syndicated shows on its CW subchannel 12.2. I did not know if they could do that with the subchannels -sharing Bounce on two separate (license) over the air stations. Any help would be appreciated. We liked Antenna & never cared for Bounce at all.
