A few weeks ago, prior to WRDU's flip to country, I noticed something odd on my car radio: I was flipping through stations one day, and it stopped on WRNS 95.1, a country station based somewhere east of here. Usually the RDS display would flash the following data for WRNS: WRNS Your Country!" For some reason, though, in the midst of the usual RDS info on WRNS, my display briefly showed "106.1RDU" before going back to normal. I saw on another site that another listener with a similar RDS radio noticed the same thing: that WRNS and WRDU were showing the other's RDS info on the display. Has anyone else with an RDS radio noticed this?
Other RDS oddities I've noticed are (1) that, for program type, WRNS, WRVA, and WRDU all show "None," and, (2) even odder, 94.7 QDR shows up as "Oldies" instead of country.
