RDS Radio Myrtle Beach

It works fine on most of the stations in Myrtle Beach and some of the stations I can pick up from Charleston. B 92 shows their station name and song playing. Next Media stations just show the station name like Star 92.1, 96.1 KZQ, and Wave 104.1. Also the Quatam stations do the same. Only stations not using the RDS is the Cumulus stations. Anyone know why that is?
 
Other than another peice of equiment to break down I am not sure what their reason would be. In our case we always have a little bit of 57kh noise in the back ground of our audio no matter how we adjust or filter it so when our transmitter went out a few weeks ago I lift the RDS unit out of line when I put the back up transmitter in, maybe they are thinking that way who knows.
