I found out from a friend of a friend that there is a really good attorney, I believe in Dallas, that might be able to help past employees recover wages, bonuses, insurance, etc.
Here's the info that was passed through to me, let her know that you are a former employee of 990 and you are seeking back wages, I believe they will build a file for all you folks:
