Re: Michael Graham

Re: Michael Graham

kahn never said that about E&B, that would be tampering. You will never find that in either the globe or herald because it was never said. I notice the herald does not mention what number scotto when down to, just what percent. That is a way to hide just how bad it was. If scotto is so great, why are they getting rid of him?How come nobody wants him? He could not handle being on with blute, and him being on alone is brutal. I noticed wold said he wanted Tommy taxes since LAST march. So they kept scotto on-air,knowing they wanted tommy taxes.

interesting point. do you suppose it's because herald didn't have the number or didn't want to report it?

Re: Michael Graham

In the Fall book, WTKK beat WRKO, WBZ and WEEI at night. Wasn't Graham on 7-10pm?

That's persons 25-54.

Re: Michael Graham

Yoyo, hopefully they have someone in the hopper for when (not if) Tommy Taxes's show proves to be terrible.

Wanna bet they don't?

Re: Michael Graham

I'm sure Brian Maloney, Mr. Radio High Horse Equalizer, aka SaveWRKO, would be happy to take the job for that time slot or any other one they offered him.

Actually, I'm sure that anyone in the country who has any desire to live in the northeast has already applied for the job, including Riccardi from San Antonio who filled in between Christmas and New Year's.

That's a sucker's bet. ;D

If it's true that they've been hunting Tommy Taxes for almost a year, it's sad that they don't realize his show has flopped before it's even started. If something like 9 out of 10 people who listen to radio on a regular basis think it's a disasterous move, there isn't much of a chance for it to work. Unless he surprises everyone

Where do you get this 9 out of 10 figure from?

Re: Michael Graham

Hmmm, I think people are more likely to post a message when they don't like something than they are to praise something. Just the nature of the beast.
