no huge surprises. WRFY will always be #1 and WEEU will always be #2, and probably would be if they both aired fart noises all day. Berks countians are not the type who like change. these two stations have been doing the same things since God knows when, and so be it. they both deserve 1 and 2. As for Frank, it's kind of embarrassing to have a rimshot signal from Lancaster (WIOV) beat a local signal. Classic hits obviously ain't cutting it. too much overlap in playlists with Y-102. time to investigate other formats for 107.5. i'd like to see a well-done jazz format better than what WJJZ in Philly used to do. Berks County is the home of one of the nation's biggest jazz fests (berks jazz fest) and 107.5 puts a half decent signal into Philly and could probably pick up some disgruntled ex-WJJZ fans as well.
