recent Ad They want 20 years of radio and 10 years on air....I read it as we have someone older in mind...what do you think


Job Description: Calvary of Albuquerque is currently accepting applications for a full-time Radio Program Director.



Qualifications: Applicants who meet the following requirements will be considered:

* 20 years in radio broadcasting
* Proven programming skills
* 5 years radio management skills
* 10 years on- air experience
* Competent knowledge in PowerGold
* Quality production skills
* Network program director experience
* College experience preferred

It reads like an ad that already has their candidate in mind and is just posting because it may be required.
 
It is the decades of experience coupled with that PowerGold proficiency that catches the eye. You can lose violations with log editing if I am not mistaken. Seems like the mortgage industry's equivalent of a person to cut a deal versus a person to write loans. But that's just me.

Definitely seems they are looking for someone who can clean up behind someone else before they get into a jackpot over a bad apple.
