Wow 10 years old!!! I can’t believe it it’s been that long. I remember when the station debuted there was a lot of talk about it on this board. Well anyway the station is in the mix and commercial free all day. What are your memories of the station.

Real 92.3 10th Birthday

I was 21 years old when Real debuted and I gravitated to the station because it filled that void of a current urban station that LA was missing for 9 years. Before Real came around I used to listen to mainly KDAY and Power 106 for hip hop.
I was 22 at the time, and same here, though I listened to KIIS and Amp as well.
I was more into the Urban/Hip Hop stations and I would listen to 97.1 AMP & KIIS as well.
Happy birthday Real 92.3! Im happy to be one of your newest listener and probably one of the few wo managed to keep the station tuned 24 hours a day.
