Real live jocks coming soon to Blaze 101.7

...this according to a very good source (one of the jocks himself...who will do the weekday afternoon shift). He currently hosts a Reggae show at a well-known Non-commercial radio station on LI.

Interesting, being the Interim PD, I can tell you that we've
had LIVE jocks on for quite some time. And, we already have
weekday afternoons in place--I don't remember hiring anyone new for that slot?!

I made a mistake...two actually, one being because I havent been out East in a little while and remembered hearing the station last when it was still jock-less. The second is that the new jock will be on Sunday afternoons.

They have had jocks for a bit longer than that, but I think it was only a few. I was out east a few weeks ago & heard jocks on Blaze in the morning & early afternoon
