People I spoke to were VERY dissapointed Dan sad NOTHING. Boring as all hell.
the lawyers can still do what they need to do . Even MR Big Rush Limbaugh talks about his court situation. Dan looks like hes afraid of Depetro.

What is Yorke supposed to say on Monday when he wouldn't
say anything to DePetro's face on Friday??
Yorke blew his chance to address this issue at the time.
To come back on Monday and get all mouthy from the cozy
confines of the studio would make Yorke look even weaker
than he already does.
You really think Yorke is going to lawyer up?? Over what??
The only ones going to pay here is WPRO with an FCC fine for
letting the F-word fly out of the mouth of one of their callers
and failing to stop it from going over the airwaves.
