i'm don't understand why "real radio" always gets such a bad rap here, while other music stations and formats get praised. real radio orlando and west palm are the only two lifestyle fm talk stations with a rock and roll attitude still left in the country! russ and the mosters gave it the "eye of the tiger" like steve and garry in chicago and howard in new york did for their stations. it is truely unique and they are "radio renegades" that need to be noticed for their efforts. on their WORST day, they're better than most radio on it's best!..........a fan....
 
I've always said that and the rest are just imposters.. Russ is the best..ask him or me..I'm his long lost brother!! BIG APE!
 
They can be the best to some all they want. Everything gets old after a few years. :]
 
What is the story now behind Bubba "Whoop-ass" Wilson? I thought that he was let go a couple of months ago, yet everytime I tune in, he is on...

Was he really truly fired or is he just hanging around?????
 
I would probably let myself think it was my original creative genius from nearly 10 years ago that was responsible for that six figure salary, and nothing else. And I would probably be wrong in that assumption.

I think he's back on the air at CC with a spot on some weekend fishing show? I guess that lets his badge work to get himself in the building again.... Or maybe there's more to it... Who knows...

it's cool. different people like different things. i would think being on for a number of years would propose it's challenges....i think we can agree that no one has a problem-free life.
