Rebecca Thomas Now Weekend Anchor

Hey guys I just noticed Rebecca Thomas is working the weekend, did a quick search and now see she is the weekend anchor. When did the demotion happen. I've been out of town so I assume it happened while I was gone. Hopefully this isn't the station gradually showing her the door, great anchor in my opinion.
 
Another part of the shuffle has Katie Raml is now co-anchoring the 5, 6 and 10pm news shows (no more 4pm) and Susan Casper is co-anchor of the 4pm.

Susan and Rebecca were great! I was actually watching ABC 15 when they were anchoring. Once I saw the bland, new newsteam, I switched to GMAZ. At least, GMAZ has a little bit of diversity (Gina Maravilla)! The lack of diversity in Phoenix is astounding really. In the past two months, two African-American reporters were let go (Omadelle and Yetta). There went 25% of the African-American reporters in Phoenix!
 
Anyone else wondering if Beyer is being groomed to replace another bleach-blonde at the station, who may or may not be a publicity nightmare waiting to happen?

All of you keep alluding to these rumors, but she keeps on going (kind of like the Energizer bunny)!! ;)

Glad to hear that Susan got an anchoring assignment. She's really good. Too bad I'm never home at 4pm!!
