Maybe on Fishers Island (part of Long Island, 5 miles off the coast from new London, CT) and parts of Montauk, but thats about it.

Since you mentioned Sports and 90.3.....

90.3 is WHPC out of Garden City. If you're looking for Sports (as 2 of the RI stations you mentioned were sports ones) on that frequency (and live in the listening area), check out their "Sports Talk" show Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9PM to 11PM. They always have good guests (who are on live). Last night, they had Newsday's baseball columnist Ken Davidoff and The Journal-News' Mets beat writer Peter Abraham who broke the story on Kaz Matsui being open to being traded. You can also call in.

103.7 and especially 99.7 are very frequent catches in the Port Jeff area on a simple car radio.

I was in Montauk and 103.7 WEEI was blasting in and can be heard as far west as East Hampton. 94.1 WHJY also came in weak. 99.7 WSKO came in pretty good. same thing for WCRI. 96.9 WCTD impossible due to 96.7 WHBE. 99.3 WJZS came in but was fighting WPLR
