Recording segments of an Online Stream to CD

Florida doesn't have any AAA, Smooth Jazz and other such stations. I was wondering, how can I record an out-of-state stations online stream on a CD. For listening in the car. For AAA I want to record Lightning 100 from Nashville. However I don't know of a good Smooth Jazz station, any suggestions. Getting bored of my CD's/ MP3 Player. Not to mention no radio stations where I live that hold my interest.

Use Audacity to record Internet streams...

...or get a smartphone with truly unlimited data and stream from there...

...and use the Tune In app. It has a record function as well. I stream stations from all over easily and without data concerns. You don't use as much data as they make you think for simply audio.
