Recording XM

Replay Radio allows you to, however I have been going back and forth with them for a month because it only works sometimes -

Its a great program - records XM and other streaming audio!!!

I use the XM Boombox's headphone jack. Assuming you have recording software on your computer, just patch a cord between the Boombox headphone jack and the computer's sound card input. Be sure to turn the sound on the Boombox up to max level. You can find a good recording program (with a timer) at

I have used Wavepad. You have to listen to the show using the online stream and record then, though.

I use my hacked direcTivo and extract it digitally. It sounds a bit better than off of the sats. I convert it to an aac file.

I was able to rip the stream right off of the xm online player.
I have this firefox extention.

It opens up the media player instead of the restrictive one inside the browser.
Get the url of the stream. (file, then properties)
It let me record the url live using wm recorder.
