Awww, for a minute there I thought you were going to tell us some good news :)

a little off topic. Around 6pm on 11/26/08 I was at the southbound rest stop just as you enter MA comming from VT on I-91 and WCCC went from audible stereo static to being clear mono with a hiss sound. this lasted for about 15 min as I headed south and then became clear where the hiss (sounded like an IBIC digital hiss) went away and then I got WCCC in stereo again. could they have possibly been doing tower work?

THat was probably your radio, going from stereo to mono to get a better signal.. some radios switch to mono in an effort to try and get a better signal.
