Red leving The End

I looked to see if anyone referenced it but I was listening to bob rivers this morning and the had on Whittney "Red" from the end where she mentions about her firing.

Anyone know more details?

It was (probably) a money thing. If you look on the website it says there are two new DJ's.. 'Corey O'Brien' and 'Pepper'. Has anyone heard either of them?

From RadioInfo:

"...Corey O’Brien becomes the morning host and assistant PD at Entercom’s alternative KNDD, Seattle. He takes over for the recently departed Red ...O’Brien most recently worked at Simmons’ KXRK, Salt Lake City. Also at KNDD, Pepper Smith is the new midday host and assistant music director. Smith comes to Seattle from hot AC KMXW, Reno..."

Red was boring and brought nothing to the station. How about a real morning show?

GregR in PM drive isn't very interesting either. Not sure if their hands are tied by their PD, however.

Mike Kaplan, the PD, has been heard on air talking about upcoming improvements to the End. We'll see...
