RED SOX on WSKO

With game one of the Playoffs on Friday it has been announced WSKO will carry all playoff games of the Red Sox and Indians.

The Play-off games will also be on WEEI.

and? WEEI can carry it, because it's technically their own network, so the contracts state they can, SKO carries ESPN games, therefor, so can they, because the contracts say so. You have a choice in the providence area on which broadcast you want to listen too. Is that such a big problem for the listeners?

We usually have always have had the choice of the Redsox radio network (while they were still in it) on WPRO or the network coverage on WHJJ or The Score (I think there was one year we had 3 options with WPRO carrying the Sox, The Score carrying the Yankees and HJJ with the network coverage (was it 2003 or 2004?)
