Regent/Lafayatte cluster now streaming

Would be nice if they streamed 1420 KPEL. Tough to get that signal in any buildings, and they have decent local programming for a good part of the day.

On the bright side, now the whole world has another great source of voicetracked Rythmic CHR available 24/7. Hooray.
