Reggae Pirate On 91.7?

I noticed there was a random Reggae/Hip Hop station at 91.7FM.
It is strong in the Apopka/Altamonte Springs area, & also west of Winter Park, where WPRK 91.5FM is at.
I would assume the station is located somewhere on the West side of I-4, where the signal seems to be the strongest.
I hear them playing spots about West Palm Beach & club nights in Orlando.
Yes, commercial spots!
I notice it on Friday nights when I am driving to & from the radio station to do my radio show.
Anyone else hear them?
Any hobbiests out there want to use their gadgets, investigate further, & report some insights about this station?
It would have been nicer for them to choose another spot on the dial.

I also notice a very weak station at 93.9FM playing Oldies as I drive to the station on Friday evening.
I hear other non-mainstream genres on other times as well.
I actually like this one, pirate or not.

Seems like the wave of cavalier pirates have returned in Tampa and Orlando markets these past few months. It's almost nostalgic to me when I read about it. Too bad the chances of getting caught are much easier and harder with the penalities this time around. I guess these guys aren't reading into that before making their decisions. Happy hunting!
