I listened to this station while on vacation in Puerto Rico.I've yet to hear any US stations play music that they had on rotation back in February.Is there an online stream anyhwhere?Doesn't seem like there is.

You'll hear it first in Puerto Rico because that's where the majority
of the music originates from. Plus, before it can be issued stateside
the labels have to secure the proper licensing before a label can properly launch a promotional and marketing campaign for that particular title or artist.
The licensing issue for reggaetón has been a great concern for many in the latin music industry.
