Reggaeton in Atlantic City

With WBZC off the air I'm getting WAJM's mighty 150 watt signal here in Ocean County (it's only about 20/25 miles from here to Atlantic City) and it seems that the station has picked up a Spanish language Hip-Hop format.

Isn't WAJM a high school station?

Maybe they lease it out like WELH in Providence does. its spanish from 6 to 10am weekday mornings as LA MEGA 88

It sounds like they are filling a void that is pretty deep in their coverage area.

They historically have done dance and rhythmic, so a reggaeton/hurban lean is not too far off.

Good for them!<P ID="signature">______________
