Regional Mexican on 103.7

I was walking from Raley's to go home, I decided to listen to my Radio Between 10:15-10:45am

I was going though my Memery Preset

I heard Regional Mexican on 103.7 for a bit

The Closes Station I found on R-L

KMLA-FM ,El Rio, CA 1000 Watts
KIQQ ,Newberry Springs, CA 6000 Watts

Both in Southern California

Was there anythng going on in CA today?
 
My best choice would be K279AM in Turlock (transmitter in Hughson), about 75 miles from Sacramento but it's 19w, for one thing. They repeat KLOC-1390 AM. Otherwise, a meteor?
