Uh, last time I checked, Jayde was still facing a lawsuit for being part of the DJ group that ran a contest in California where a contestant died of "water toxification" after holding her urine for too long in the infamous "Wee for a Wii" contest.

Michele Betancourt-Lugo is persona non grata at CC Tampa after she got into a DUI car wreck with the late Chris Thomas.

Neither of these women will be picked due to their pasts.
