Regis & Kelly/WABC Fire

A fire at the WABC-TV studios in New York City knocked the station off the air Sunday evening just before the 11pm news. They resumed programming more than 2 hours later. The fire caused extensive damage to their new HD set. Their newscasts are now being anchored from an "Update Desk" in their newsroom.

The station also houses the studios for the nationally syndicated "Live with Regis and Kelly" daytime talk show. WABC is reporting this evening that Regis & Kelly will be broadcasting from the studio that houses "Millionaire" on Tuesday morning at 9am ET. There's no word on how long they may be displaced.

Millionaire was supposed to have been moved to Orlando. Maybe it may be now.

I've been to both Studio's The one in Orlando was alot bigger than NYC

Caught a minute or so of it this morning. I did indeed notice the "Millionaire" set. I myself have been by the front of the WABC-TV/DT studio many times along Cloumbus (9th) Avenue in Manhattan. I've seen the engraved ABC logos on the West 66th side of the Building, also known as Peter Jennings Way. Which part of the building is the "Millionaire" studio?
