Hi Francois, There are several companies who are already building lower-power FM transmitters which have built-in audio processing and are controllable by USB or Ethernet (IP). Nautel and Crown come to mind.

No offense intended, but as a user of several transmitters installed within the US and the Middle East, I would be concerned about future parts and support from a new French transmitter manufacturer. Thales transmitters and Dalet automation are a prime examples of pretty good products from France, but horrible and expensive support.

Hi Kelly,
In France , young Students create FM radio area without authorization for fun on weekends . Kits are also commercially available but the frequency is not stabilized by a PLL. The idea is to make a diy issuer of good quality for a small budget so they do not disrupt étidiants receipt of the official radio stations.
I capapble to design such a project alone but if others wanted to participate in the forumers tor elaboration minimum feature I opened the topic.
Thanks for your help.
François
