Religious network to start broadcasting 24/7 from Empire State Bldg

Is this a new low-power station or are they perhaps going to lease a digital sub-channel of an existing full-power station that transmits atop the Empire State Building??

I was wondering the same, as their announcement didn't have any details. Have since found them on WEBR, chanel 17, a low power station that has been around for a while and was once used by WPIX to repeat their signal. Seems as if they are looking for show hosts, and they can't seem to get the station ID right. Just wondering how long this network will be around. Right now, most of what they are showing is from CBN.
