Religious programming on 1610

Was receiving religoius programming on 1610 until local 1600, KOGT, signed on. I don't think there are any US stations on 1610 so it probably was Canada. Any idea. I'm in SE Texas.

The 1610 stations in Canada are both ethnic. I think the suggestion it's the Caribbean Beacon is the most likely explanation.

Maybe a even Part 15 church station somewhere not too far away? Religious programming run with Zararadio/Rivendell automation on a second hand computer and Talking House AM transmitters are all very cheap and easy to get......
