religious radio history in Spokane

Can anyone answer my questions about this?
1. Wikipedia says that both KTSL and KEEH were at 95.3 as KAAR from 1989-1993. So, which was it, and why is it listed in the other's article? My guess is it was what is now 104.9 as Wikipedia says the station moved to 104.7 in 1994 and then to 104.9 in 2004, while there's a gap in KTSL's history until 1998. Can anyone confirm?
2. Can anyone tell me when 104.9 dropped Positive Life Radio for locally originating Christian programming as Shine 104.9? I know it was still Positive Life in 2007, but didn't pay attention in 2012 when I was in the market for about six weeks.

From what I can find in FCC records, the current 104.9 facility was licensed in 1993 as KEEH on 104.7, and moved to 104.9 in 2002. The construction permit (issued in 1991) apparently carried both of the other calls - it was KTSL and then KAAR, but never signed on with either of those calls.

The KAAR calls were originally on the 95.3 CP, issued in 1988. It signed on in 1990 and moved to 101.9 as KTSL in 1993.

Ah, thanks for helping me clear that up. Any idea when 104.9 went Shine? I just listened to the IDs on Tophour, and the station was still Positive Life when Bill came through in November 2011.
