RELIGIOUS WATC 57 NOW HAS 57.2

I see they are doing another religious thing on 57.2 called WATC TOO. It would be
nice if we could get some afternoon classic tv (Gilligan, Lassie, etc.) on there. 57
has been showing Beverly Hillbillies, Ozzie & Hariett, I Married Joan, etc. on some
afternoons, although lately it's been hit or miss. No chance they will ever turn into
a regular station though, they'd make far less money! ;)

57.2 seems to be a bit less religious than 57. It looks to be patterened after 16.2 WGGS Too in
Greenville, SC. 16.2 shows a lot of old public domain programs (and is affiliated with My Family
TV, which WATC is also). Here is some of what 16.2 and probably 57.2 will be showing.......

Lassie, Ozzie & Hariett, Dragnet, Beverly Hillbillies, Roy Rogers, Route 66, The Lucy Show,
Bonanza and You Bet Your Life. My Family TV was recently bought by Luken Communications
who own RTV (Retro TV) Tuff-TV and the PB&J retro cartoon sub which debuts this summer.

My Family TV plans to add Bill Cosby, The Saint, I Spy, Riffleman and Daniel Boone very soon.
I think most of these shows will be on in the afternoons.

I'm seeing a lot of PSAs, so probably not. These oldie programs are on pretty often and at
all times (day, afternoon, nite) on 57.2. Some are really worth watching when nothing else is on.
57.2 seems to only be about 15% religious...............similar to the old WHAE TV 46.

Here is the 57.2 schedule. For the most part.....
RETRO PROGRAMMING
6AM-9AM Mon.-Fri.
6:30PM-midnight Mon.-Fri.

2-6AM Saturday & Sunday
11AM-7PM Saturday
6PM-midnight Sunday
