Religous Pirate in Concord

I've noticed on sundays a very strong religous station comes on the air on 104.9 on Sundays. It comes on at 11am broadcasts until 12 and then goes dead with no ID. It comes back on at around 6pm and broadcasts until 7pm and then signs off with no ID.Has anyone ever heard this pirate? In other news I've noticed that KASK 91.5 in Vacaville is no longer IDing at the top of the hour

Is it standard network fare, or is it some church's service? Might be some local church has a whiz-kid who sold the idea "let's broadcast it" to the pastor... or just does it...

There is a large Catholic church down the street that has a banner for KSFB 1260 out front. However it doesn't sound like a sermon as there is no sound from the auidence

I heard it again this weekend, again from 11-noon and then 6pm-7pm sounded like a network. It came in very well with four bars on my Insignia Portable HD (the highest signal quality, usually means the station is in HD)
