Remember Janet Jackson? FCC fine struck down!

Cha-ching!

Attorneys nationwide are salivating at the payday to be had challenging every FCC indecency ruling since 2004. In fact, I predict that we'll start seeing late-night lawyers running commercials seeking clients for class-action suits against the FCC. After all, there are only so many mesothelioma patients out there...

CBS is now planning to put cameras facing up set in the stage floor for the next Superbowl extravaganza, and they're
going to have Britney and some other pop hotties dance commando.

I have to side with CBS (and I don't like siding with CBS) on that one, it's not like they knew it was going to happen.

Sure has made them paranoid. I worked for a CBS cluster and all of them were on delay 24/7.

I guess this means we can go back to referring to television as "the boob tube" once again. Well at least some of us have HD TV so the picture is better.
