Remembering 9/11 on the radio

WROR had a small 9/11 rememberance this morning. Loren, Wally, Tom, Hank, LB and Lungboy talked about it for a while, 13 years ago. Wally mentioned that his son was in NY at the time. Then, at 9:46am, the time the first plane hit the WTC, they had a moment of silence. Following that, they played "Imagine" by John Lennon and then "New York State of Mind".

Now this was *only* the 13th anniversary (meaning not the 10th or 15th, etc) so it might not have been enough of a "major" anniversary to warrant much. Did any other radio stations do anything?

I believe it was 8:46.

I happened to be listening to WCRN and they observed a moment of silence at that time before going to the news break with Sherman Whitman.

Sorry, typo on my part. It was 8:46 that they had the moment of silence. My bad.
