Remembering Michael Jackson

Our Hip-hop station in Hartford Hot 93.7 mixed in some Michael Jackson during their 12 Noon Mix Show this afternoon. We don't have an Urban AC or R&B Oldies station in Hartford, so when a Black Artist passes away HOT is the station that does the wall-to-wall music from the artist. They did it with MJ, Whitney, Prince, etc.

Our all-voice tracked Classic Hits Station Kool Radio (96.1 Hartford/100.1 Springfield/104.3 Westerly) did not even mention MJ's death.

The former cardiologist added that when Jackson was his patient, the singer told him about the “many sufferings” he experienced “at the hands of his father” as a child.
